Driving

I have had a CDL since 1995 and have driven in 25 of the United States and 2 Canadian provinces in a commercial vehicle. I have a clean driving record

Equipment Operation

I have operated nearly every type of farm equipment used in grain farming since I was 12 years old. I have been a licensed water well driller and operated many styles of drilling rigs. I have been a roughneck in the North Dakota Oilfields. I operated a blender truck for Halliburton.

Management

I have held several different management positions. I was in the US Navy and managed a division and earned the Navy Achievement Medal for my efforts. I have increased the bottom line for every company that I have worked for as a manager.

EXPERIENCE

2000-2006

Plant Manager, Long Creek Seed Cleaning LLC

Coordinate the purchase of grain from producers, manage facility that cleans, bags, and loads rail cars for shipment to railheads in Chicago and Houston. Began with one plant and one rail loading facility, ended with three plants and two rail loading facilities in two different cities.

2006-2009

Drilling Superintendent, Agri Industries Inc.

Inventory control of all parts and equipment necessary to drill and install domestic water wells as well as irrigation wells. Managed three drilling crews and 2 service crews.

2010-2013

Fleet Manager, Basin Concrete Trucking and Rental

Managed drivers including hiring, discipline, safety, and training. Maintained files on equipment and trucks in compliance with USDOT and FMCSA. Passed a DOT audit in December 2012. Began with 30 trucks and 18 drivers, ended with 93 trucks and 72 drivers.

2014-Present

Branch Manager, Garner Environmental Services

Coordinate efforts of well-established Environmental Services Company with oilfield operations. Hire a crew and train them in company operations and policies. Interact with major oilfield Operators as well as local field personnel. Develop relationships that keep the crew working.
