Constant monitoring and following up with all alleged abuse/neglect complainants.

Completing 90 day and yearly evaluations of staff members.

Replacing staff and covering call outs. Move staff to different units when applicable. Mandating as needed.

Ensuring facility is maintained in an acceptable manor. Ensuring it is clean and neat.

Completing ongoing daily needs, as per daily report that need completion on a daily basis.

Monitoring arrival of meds from pharmacy for new residents and outstanding orders to make sure they arrive on time.
