Built a maintenance operation from the ground up for the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of air base critical systems to include a 36,000 kilowatt emergency power plant, 630,000 gallon per day potable water production and distribution system, a 130,000 gallon per day sewage processing system, fuel storage and dispensing, high voltage electrical distribution, aircraft control tower, 5000 square meter aircraft maintenance facility, aircraft fire suppression system, the 24/7 operation of the water, sewage treatment and emergency power plants on a $1,700,000.00 cost plus not to exceed 1 year contract. Cost saving initiatives allowed for a 3-month extension of the contract without an increase in total contract cost and a $300,000 surplus. Instructed client personnel on preventive/predictive maintenance philosophy and best methods to perform specific maintenance tasks. Authored 300 plus preventive/predictive maintenance checklists. Served as US standards and technical expert to local national employees, Corps of Engineers and Egyptian Air Force. Performed consulting duties as requested by the Corps of Engineers for another contract and was awarded the title of Subject Matter Expert for facilities maintenance.
