Reviewed contracts and joint ventures for payment terms/retention, delay provisions, warranty, indemnification, insurance, bonding, variation in quantity, and any additional considerations. I summarized and presented findings to the project team for discussion.
Coordinated corporate licensing addressing Engineering, Construction, and unexploded ordnance (UXO) license application maintenance and renewal. I interfaced with various State licensing boards to ensure that all current requirements were satisfied and that licenses were seamlessly maintained. I also researched required licensing/permits with respect to proposed scopes of work.

Worked as the Quality Assurance/ Records Manager on a DOD and USFWS $800M Superfund project. Authored procedures on Document Control, Lessons Learned, Record Transmittals, and Risk Analysis. Assisted in drafting, and was a heavy user of the electronic document tracking system. Managed all site record reviews, including those attended by the PMC alone, those with the client, and those including the Regulatory Agencies. Managed all site record transmittals to the US Army. Facilitated many meetings including, but not limited to the Lessons Learned post mortems. Performed QA surveillances, and audits including preparation, performing and reporting assessment results.
Functioned as the Quality Assurance Representative on projects to ensure compliance with project requirements. Facilitated all exhibits and documentation for Litigation and Discovery support on several complex multi-million dollar matters, and supervised up to 15 project file managers and litigation clerks.
