PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS

• Organization: Autodesk Asia Pte Ltd. Jul’12 to Nov’14

(Reason for change: Relocated to the US)

Role: University Recruitment Program Manager

Coordinate and elevate university recruiting capability and results within APAC. Centralize intern pro- gram management and university recruiting activities. Lead, strategize and implement superior pro- grams in campus recruitment. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand the business de- mands, staffing requirements and identify future talent needs for key business areas. Develop cam- pus recruitment strategies to identify outstanding students from key universities and ensure Autodesk to remain as the top employer brand among students. Key Responsibilities:

• Headcount Forecast Planning – Work closely with Division heads in projection of HC forecast.

• Campus Branding – Participate in the development of impactful UR campus recruitment/ brand campaigns and their strategic deployment using Social Media & branded recruiting collateral

• Candidate Generation – Post approved jobs at target schools, partner with Career Cen- tre Coordinators, develop sourcing strategies and screen top talent from selected universi- ties and programs.

• Screening and Selection – Facilitate all aspects of candidate selection; resume reviews, interviews and selection; generation of Offer Letters resulting in high calibre entry level candidates. Well versed with Recruitment Tool Taleo.

• On-boarding – Manage administrative aspects of work visas, payroll notification as re- quired. Conduct induction program in partner with training team.

• Program Development and Intern Engagement – Facilitate structured Internship Pro- grams for APAC Interns resulting in an outstanding Intern experience including manage- ment of intern engagement programs. These includes but not limited to Brown bag ses- sions, Tech-bytes, session with recent grads and ex-interns now FTE.

• Talent Pipeline – Ensure adherence to Autodesk’s global hiring process including com- prehensive data collection of all candidates via ATS database to build and maintain a tal- ent pipeline of Interns and High Potential candidates.

• Partner with Internal Business Groups – Meet with leaders to identify conversion can- didates upon conclusion of each Intern/Co-op cohort and facilitate offer approval and cre- ation process

• Cultivate Alumni Talent Pipelines – Maintain active Intern Alumni Talent Pipelines with former interns and serve as candidate champion for emerging entry level job opportunities

• Support Program Principles – Ensure local alignment with Autodesk’s University Re- cruiting program’s policies and principles.

• Program Results – Maintain and provide monthly and quarterly metrics to reflect accu- rate ROI

• Benchmarking – Continuously monitor local industry best practices and provide im- provement recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

Part of Vocational Training team (A work cum education program in collaboration with university partner, for fresh graduates). This program ensured a win-win situation both for the organization as well as the employee.

For this program following are my roles and responsibilities were:

• Recruitment and Selection: Drive the interview and campus hiring process identifying key components and initiating the search for qualified candidates.

• Induction: Plan and coordinate the training and induction program for the fresher hired.

• Performance Evaluation: Monitor the performance and progress of the employees during the Program at regular intervals.

• Program Management: As a part of the Vocational Training curriculum align the team members to the specific LoB’s based on the requirements.

• Conversion: At the end of the program based on the performance recommend them for the incorporation in the organization with unlimited contract.

• Engagement: Developing ways in which the Employee Engagement is improved and made more transparent e.g Organizing Events, seminars, outings etc. to ensure togetherness and “we feeling”.

• Co-ordinate with university partners to make sure the program runs smoothly, with the periodic changes as and when required.

Designing the compensation plan :

Planning and designing of salary of the employees getting absorbed in the organization after the completion of the work cum education program, in co-ordination with other HR stakeholders. This project involved:

• Market analysis with other organizations of the same repute along with the feedback from internal customers (Business Leaders from different LoBs) .

• Co-ordination with other HR stakeholders for the proper designing and communication to the target groups.

• Co-ordination with the global team for the proper alignment and implementation of the process on the system.
