Oversees facility maintenance issues for stores and corporate office. Receives requests for repairs and assigns them to specific trade specialty Coordinators. Oversees outside contractors, performs follow-up investigations with Store Management to ensure tasks are completed satisfactorily.
Responsible for floor cleaning program for all stores including strip and wax schedules and overnight crew assignments.

Receives proposals for maintenance work and processes and schedules accordingly.
Research and interview new vendors and sign up accordingly.

Provides energy management vendor with updates for the accurate monitoring of systems.
Oversees the daily tasks of the corporate Day Porter, ensuring completion and satisfaction. Assigns special tasks to corporate Day Porter. Receives requests for maintenance repairs and cleaning supplies for corporate office and ensures all issues are addressed.
Trains store personnel, corporate staff and external vendors on the use of the work-order program (Work Oasis.)
Codes invoices for processing and presents to Director for approval. Logs into Work Oasis and approves invoices in the system. Troubleshoots issues with invoices and reconciles discrepancies. Ensure vendors send proper paperwork for invoice processing.
Handle all after hours calls and emergencies via company cell phone and laptop.
Manages the process of ensuring proper licensing renewals, required inspections and ongoing permits are current for stores. Monitors the status of pending licenses/inspections/permits and ensures regulatory compliance; files necessary paperwork with local/state/federal agencies. Coordinates necessary life safety inspections and follow-up to make sure paperwork is filed.
