Responsible for keeping a record of how much money I had in my register when my shift started as well as ended and the amount of change in a register drawer for the purpose of finding out when I was required to restock the change.

Prepared food as ordered by the customer and ensured that all items were ready at the same time.

Maintained my own work station, and sometimes the stations of other cooks on any given shift. Also periodically restocked food and supplies, and made sure the stations were sanitary, safe and well-organized.

At the end of a shift, I was required to clean and organize food prep and storage areas. This included kitchen stations, walk-in freezers and food storage areas as well as kitchen equipment.
