Managed industrial and commercial projects for an annual revenue of around 15-20 million dollars. Coordinated plan changes, handled change orders including any and all written and verbal communication with clients and field personnel. Managed current projects on hand while estimating future potential projects utilizing time management and multi-tasking skills to meet tight estimate time frames and customers' needs.

• Worked as the sole Industrial/Commercial Estimator/Project Manager for a company which grew from 12 Mil to 50 Mil annually

• Sole painter for (4) 16-plex condominium buildings

• Finishing included (but not limited to): wall preparation for paint, putty and caulk of trim/casing, patching and spackling, floor prep for carpet, deck installation, finishing of hardwood stain and urethane
