Track lease contracts, payments, and renewals. Serve as the point of contact for communications to and from landlords, property managers, agents, and vendors related to offices. Work with City planners to communicate company requirements. Issue Quarterly Report which includes headcount projections, supply and capacity information for the portfolio; Provides a single point of contact for all occupancy planning account issues

Provide management with timely reports reflecting the utilization of office space, actual vs. projected financial expenditures, and other information as required Provide project support, space administration, fixed asset management, lease and sublease administration and financial reporting for SSL’s real estate portfolio.
