Working with independent retailers in the areas of POS system support, Shrink Management, Labor Scheduling, all technologies used at retail including Transaction Processing, Payment Systems, PCI, EMV, Electronic Marketing, Back Office and Front End System Technologies.

Supervised information technology operations and assume direct responsibility for 120 application development, operations, systems & networking, and retail technology systems staff.
