PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

March 2015 – June 2015 Sato Global Solutions Ft. Lauderdale, FL Network Administrator

I installed and configured a Cisco 2960 switch to send all 20 users’ data to the company’s ISP router. I was in charge of configuring Zscaler to filter user data and create rules to deny and allow certain URLs for the respective departments. I also provided day to day helpdesk services such as printer troubleshooting, creating and adjusting user profiles in Active Directory.

November 2014 – February 2015 Acordis Miramar, FL Help Desk

Configured Cisco 2960 switches and 1941 routers for new acquired clients in the Miami area. Troubleshooted day to day Xerox printer issues and MS outlook issues. I was in charge and creating and adjusting user profiles in Active Directory and setting up workstations for new internal users.
