March 2015 – June 2015 Sato Global Solutions Ft. Lauderdale, FL Network Administrator
I installed and configured a Cisco 2960 switch to send all 20 users’ data to the company’s ISP router. I was in charge of configuring Zscaler to filter user data and create rules to deny and allow certain URLs for the respective departments. I also provided day to day helpdesk services such as printer troubleshooting, creating and adjusting user profiles in Active Directory.
