Involved in critical customer escalations and identifying necessary steps for effective case resolution. Handling high priority cases (P1/P2) created by Critical, Premium partners & customers in North America Region.

Reporting bug to Juniper Engineering team and other external vendors like OPSWAT to resolve product related issues. Engaging Engineering, PLM and Accounts Team for new feature support request based on customer’s requirement.
