Saved $1.3 million and obtained firm schedule and fixed lump sump turn key vendor commitment on a LNG DCS upgrade project, than upgrading as cost plus maintenance project.

Made a series of innovative changes (cable duct banks, cable man-holes, control room, access ramp, fire water system control, sampling system) during the construction of a shipping and receiving facilities of a product pipeline project, prevented slip of schedule and cost overrun. Prevented an environment accident on a retention pond tie-in operation.

Implemented innovative flow control solution for a Test Trap operation problem for a GOSP, and advance temperature control for a gas plant.

Detailed designs for new instrumentation and control (I&C) systems and control systems replacements for LNG, refineries, petrochemical, and nuclear power generation facilities. Implemented advanced process controls, process design, and managed bigger projects.

Led multi-disciplines team for multi-products pipeline project, pipeline shipping and receiving facilities project, bulk plant modernization project, oil & gas plant revamping project, and plastic resin plant expansion project.
