Environmental and Project Manager, SW Airport Services, Ellington Field, Houston, TX 2014-2015
- EH&S review, Building Code enforcement, Business/tenant lease recruitment
- Undertook comprehensive EH&S review of FBO general Aviation facility, including groundwater, SPCC, stormwater, waste generator status, and general life/health/safety concerns.
- Oversaw review of all building codes and code enforcement issues for 8 hangars and business offices at Ellington Field, identifying major and systemic problems, and bringing all items to corrected status
- Set out for and rebid all vendors and contractors for maintenance and new construction, and oversaw all work performed. This provided better, prompter services, while at a lower price.

- Served as Group Lead for the Powered Flight Numerical Integration (PFNI) of the Trajectory System Upgrade Project (TSUP). As Lead I wrote weekly status reports for the PFNI group, coordinated work efforts, as well as performed detailed design, reviews, coding, and unit test of modifications for PFNI.
- Performed detailed design, reviews, coding, unit test, and system integration of modifications for the Powered Explicit Guidance (PEG), and for the approximately fifty general utilities library routines.
Senior Software Engineer, Lockheed Martin Space Systems, Houston, TX, Jan. 97 – Feb. 98
- Performed requirements analysis and definition, review, and development for the Flight Dynamics Planning and Analysis (FDPA), a subsystem of the Integrated Planning System (IPS).
- Performed detailed design and coding for the IPS FDPA Vector Compare real-time analysis tool.

- Worked as Legislative Asst. and Part time Legislative Director for Representative of the home of Johnson Space Center, covering all Science Committee duties, especially space. This also included telecommunications and transportation issues. I performed research to mark up authorization bills for the Science committee, including NASA budget. I managed media/public forum issues, particularly concerning space or science topics. Some legislative highlights during my tenure as the AIAA Fellow include: the telecommunications reform Act of 1996, the shuttle prime contract consolidation to USA, and the X-33 (RLV) prototype initial authorization.
