I have completed 8 weeks Internship with Vodafone Company as Executive Trainee. Vodafone is the leading telecom company in India and it gives quality communication facility to the customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
During Internship, I have learned about communication and deal with customer’s queries –face to face, e-mail and via telephone. I have Strongly Represented the company while dealing with customers. Also I have taken a part in shows which were organized by the Company and distributed free gift vouchers to the Customers as per Company’s scheme and policy. I have also worked on Consolidate Clients List.
In this Internship I have also gained knowledge of –
