I recently graduated with B.Tech degree in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture. I cleared the prestigious IIT Joint Entrance Exam in 2010. During my stay at IIT Kharagpur, I have gained wide knowledge and developed an understanding of various methodologies, principle and technique. I also have explored at various avenues and varied working environments, motivated by my innate curiosity and will to learn.

In addition, I have done internship at Paradip Port Trust, Paradip, Orissa. Here I was majorly involved in hydrographic survey, analysis on shoreline using Echo sounder and visited various type of ships. I also have done various projects at IIT Kharagpur. The projects include propeller design for water circulating channel using AutoCAD, design fishing trawler, tapered beam analysis using ANSYS and analysis of ship motion on human body. This gives me basic domain knowledge, valuable experience and application knowledge of core engineering. Apart from academic activities I also involved in various extra-curricular activities and held number of positions of responsibility which shows my leadership quality, team spirit and hardworking.
