Used LS Dyna for Frontal crash simulation with full barrier, 40 % offset, center pole & compare the situations.

Oct 2014 – Dec 2014 Modeling for Micro Indentation with conical indenter

Used Hyper mesh for designing and meshing of indenter & plate.

Used Abaqus to get results for displacement & stress.

Used various cases to understand their effect on the result.

Change in dimension doesn’t have much effect on load displacement curve.

Increase in coefficient of friction decreases the maximum displacement.

Sept 2014 - Oct 2014 Study the behavior of S beam when load is applied

Analysis of Energy absorbing behavior of S beam.

Used hyper mesh for design & Meshing of S beam.

Force time response measured for 600kg mass travelling at 10m/s.

Used LS pre-post to find the response for speed 5m/s, 15m/s.

Sept 2014 - Oct 2014 Flip chip packaging behavior under thermal loading

Used Hyper mesh for Designing & meshing Flip chip package.

Stress & Fatigue analysis done in Abaqus.

Completely & partially filled packages considered.

Fatigue life calculated for both cases.

March 2014- May 2014 Using Quality tools for Oil seal rejection control (six sigma level)

Inclined towards the design & detailing of (Steel Plant) Roll shop Equipment using Auto CAD.

Played an active role for the new design of BUR Dechocker (Steel plant Equipment).

Creating database for BUR Dechocker and creating calculation sheet using Microsoft Excel.

Managing 2-3 draftsman, allotting work and checking the final design.

Making sure the final drawings are (GD&T) dimensionally correct and also with respect to Tolerance.
