Maintain workman’s compensation files & coordinate claims with insurance carriers, assist in issues and representing client or company in legal health & safety matters.
Conduct Company, Project and Client incident investigations, JSA & JHA documentation, safety audits and site-specific inspections. Compile, analyze and interpret incident root cause analysis & loss, audit findings and recommendations. Prepare statistical data & reports at specified intervals.
Adherence with OSHA 1910, 1926, maritime and Homeland Security compliance. Consult with client for HSE staffing and contractor/subcontractor safety management systems. Possess excellent verbal/ written communication skills and computer literate.
