Responsible for candidate Preliminary Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, HR Interview, Salary negotiation and Finalization for the position.
Attracting talent through employee referral scheme, job portals, newspaper advertisements.
Joining formality:-
Responsible for preparing & issuing new candidates offer letter, appointment letter.
Responsible for New employee Onboarding.
Employee records:
Responsible for maintaining employee data in personal data sheet.
Generated and making documentation all Employees personal records in the company.
Attendance, Leave record, Payroll:
Monitoring & maintaining employees’ office timings and daily attendance.
Updating and documenting Employees Leaves and leave encashment record
Leave records for the salary process
Point of contact for employee queries with regard to Attendance.
Make necessary entries for new joinee’s, separation cases, unpaid leave, salary advances, payroll inputs etc. Very month employee’s attendance and Leave records for the salary process.
Statutory Compliances:-
Maintaining the Return of ESIC, P.F, P.T, MLWF by co-coordinating with the consultants.
Submition of compliance report in an accordance with the labour laws like renewal of shops & establishment yearly return, renewal of RC under Contract Labour Act, Submition annual return under Maternity Act & Bonus Act.
Contract Labour Management :-
Dealing with the contractors for engaging them in the premises as well as fulfilling the legal compliance with respect in maintaining the statutory documents.
Monitor & Control deployment of Contractual Manpower as per the standard.
Timely compliances of statutes and organize internal audits with respect to contractors compliances on Quarterly basis.
Verification of contractors bills on timely basis. Contractual Agreement administration & execution of terms of agreement.
Coordinating with All Branch Manager together and collate data for Contractual Manpower & Preparing the Monthly Contractual MIS.
Yearly Renewal of RC under the Contract Labour Act.
Submition of Annual return on or before due date under the contract Labour Act.
Employee Relations :-
Responsible for smooth and cordial Employee relations across all branch’s.
Foster harmonious relations between the management and employees and resolve the issues through bilateral discussion .
Play key role in negotiation and finalization of terms of employment of Employee with local unions.
Represent Before Labour, ESIC and shop and Establishment department.
Dealing with local mathadi unions of employees.
Training & Development :-
Conducting training programs on communication, safety and work culture for Sales Executives & Delivery Boys.
Arranging training activities (for internal / External training programs)
Track training record of each employee as per training calendar.
Performance Management System:
Co-ordinate the appraisal process.
Facilitating performance appraisal and ensuring on time completion, compensation revision etc.
Responsible for maintaining employee’s assessment report for appraisal and promotion as per the company standard.
Preparing and issuing employees confirmation letter in the company.
Preparing and issuing appraisal and Promotion letter to the employees.
Gathering and maintaining performance feedback.
Exit process:
Generated and Introduced Exit Interview reports and documenting the same.
Responsible for preparing and issuing reliving and experience letter.
Coordinating & managing Employee Final Settlement.
