Devised a strategy and plan to turn around territory by making changes in coverage, adding, eliminating and/or overlapping new dealers. Made changes in AE coverage of the dealers, replaced some AE’s, and trained team in success strategy. The East achieved revenue growth of 20-30% in the first year and added 17 new deals over the next two years. The existing dealers improved their performance to hit their quota targets. The Eastern Zone became number one in revenue performance, growth and profit almost every year for the next five years.
