Project Manager for all the architecture and Interior projects. Key tasks included Research,Analysis, Feasibility reports, Project costing, Procurement, Site analysis. The Corporate offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, and Chandigarh, from conceptual design to inal execution, were carried out in record time, with onsite supervision and management.

Designed and executed over 170 centres pan India. Total area of over 300000 lac sq ft of space designed, and executed. Centres for learning and skill testing, studios for sound recording, stalls, Kiosks and examination centres, to name a few. Innovative use of new technologies, to reduce the burden on capital expenditure, there by working to make the project more viable yet low on maintenance and repair.

The Hostel building was a high density, high rise, RCC building, designed, and entirely managed by the architect.

The master plan included a college building along with a multi-storey tower for hostel. The college building was designed as Pre Engineered Building, with steel frames and even steel loors, and Modular steel walls. The whole building was completed within a record period of 6 months, including, the interior design and execution.

Coordination with a multitude of consultants including the city Municipal staff, an environmental team, legal counsel, iscal consultants, education consultants, structural engineers.

Facilitated discussions between the College and the City Authorities. The building was in the eye of a storm for being the irst steel Institutional building in Mangalore. Wrote reports, coordinated community outreach, reviewed technical documents for the environmental impact report and reviewed the architectural plans and environmental friendly aspects of the project components with the City staff.

Designed more like a museum

than an ordinary school.

Internal ramps, terrace

gardens, meetings spaces in

staircases, makes this model

building to get educated in!

KERALA BAPTIST SEMINARY MASTER PLAN

JAN 2014

The Master plan required

a seminary building along

with a chapel, hostel

facilities and a library.

Using Adobe brick

construction and radiant

systems of cooling, and

unique design

opportunity was

developed.

Light plays a wonderful

role in this building.

The design is my homage

to masters of

architecture, Le Corbusier

and Louis I Kahn.

loors on an existing

ground structure. The

challenge was to use the

existing structural

members but design a

space, which does not

follow the lower area foot

print.

The corridors, which

A conscious effort to make a college building which would have a strong contextual presence and also make it environmentally friendly. The building was a low rise, high density building. The material used would be Laterite stones and prestressed earth blocks. The building would use passive and radiant cooling technics. The designed inspired by water culverts that low out of the Shiv linga, forming, different channels around.
