Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing:

Mapping client's manpower requirements.

Sourcing and screening the right candidates through various sources like Job Portals, references, mass mailing and job postings or through direct interaction with the candidates through meetings.

Conducting the preliminary interviews either telephonically or through direct interaction.

Coordinating the candidates all over India through mail and phone.

Independent screening and short-listing of CV’s.

Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and organization etc.

Scheduling the interview of short listed candidates with the company.

Follow up on interview status and update candidate on the same.

Client Interaction:

Correspondence and meeting with clients for requirements, scheduling interviews, feedback and follow-up.

Doing the reference check of the selected candidates.

Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of Joining.

Proficient with various job portals like Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com, Shine.com & Monster.com.

BD Calling:

Generating and maintaining reports to track the recruitment processes.

Cold calling at the targeted clients and successfully build relationships with them.

Responsible for servicing the existing clients and ensuring renewals based on existing contracts.

Providing solutions to the clients according to their requirements.

Preparing proposals/ presentations for submission to the prospective clients.
