Engineering Design:

Work with consultants to develop feasible process design; review consultant submitted work, civil, mechanical and process control aspects of technical design, drawings (P&C’s, piping plans & isometrics, civil structures etc) and specification, engineering estimates and project budget and recommend adjustment as appropriate

Erection Supervision/ Execution:

Prepare scope of work, schedule, resource, estimate, plan and execute in order to meet an agreed program of deadline; supervise and monitor the site work force and sub-contractors; attend regularly internal and external meetings and keep executive project committee informed of project progress; oversee project quality control and safety matters on site and ensure that regulations are adhered to; resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that arise during erection.

Commissioning & Startup:

Identify and remove the process deficiencies; test the function of electrical and control elements of the plant through DCS; identify problems of automation and resolve them with the help of concerned department; upon completion of commissioning, water run and successful startup.
