Web Applications Developer
Designed and developed a web based applications for Residents using Java/Spring and IBATIS for data/object Mapping.The applications allows Residents to make patient assignments, and maintain signout notes on each patient, which is viewable to team members.
Developed a web based application to track outpatients admitted to the Emergency Room. Primary functionality included bed & primary nurse assignment, and patient discharge. Also tracked how long it took to assign various personnel to the patient. The application was used throughout the ER. Application was developed in Java/Spring, and IBATIS for the database mapping.
Designed & developed a web based application for the Human Resources department inorder to create online requests for personnel. Request types included, new positions, title changes, and upgrades/downgrades. This replaced a paper form that was manually processed by various departments in the approval chain, therefore improving turnaround time.
Created various clinical reports using BusinessObjects. Data extracted from Mckesson Horizon clinical applications.

Internet Applications Specialist 2000-2006
Designed and Developed a marketing application for music,videos, and dvds. This application used Weblogic, JSP, and java custom classes.The application allowed marketing to reduce cycle time for generating tailored offers for Columbia House customers.
Designed and developed a backend process using java and unix shell scripting, which extracted new member information from a database, formatted the data and pushed it out to the mainframe. The new system allowed data to be extracted within minutes instead of hours, reducing load on the customer database. Custom reports were generated on a daily basis for Operations, giving feedback on the efficiency of the various extracts, and success or failure at every step of the process.
Created reports for an existing intranet application using Java and JSP, which allowed internal users to determine why customers cancel memberships, or returned products via the website.
Developed functionality, using the Struts framework, to encourage new customers to pay at initial sign up as opposed to being billed later. Based on users payment options, the framework navigated the user to various screens as defined in the struts-config.xml file.
