Recruited permanent and contract personnel for government entities. Tracked resumes, interviewed applicants, trained staff in the interviewing process. Recruited new business as well as developed new business with existing clients.
2000-2001- On contract to Computer Systems Technology thru One Source Staffing, LLC.
Recruited Information Technology technicians. Filled 10 requirements in less than a week. CST is no longer in business, they were bought by SAIC. Also recruited computer technicians for several managers.

Was an Information Technology recruiter from 1996 – 1997. I bought the company in 1997 and grew it from 2 people to 200 in less than a year. I expanded the client base and employee base until I transformed it to One Source Staffing LLC in 2001.

1993-1995 – Omega Technical Resource Corporation – Senior Recruiter
Recruited various,designers engineers and electricians. Placed 30 electricians in one month on a projectengineering . Oversaw the office personnel, handled all advertisements, resume tracking. Processed applicants, payroll administration arranged drug screens, administer benefits, vacation pay and bonuses.
Other experience includes recruiting of clerical and light industrial personnel for Kelly Services, Inc.
