Currently working as Jr.Drug Safety Associate with Clincorp Technologies, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh from 2nd April 2014 to till date.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform the duplicate search in ARGUS SAFETY DATABASE.

Selection and coding of event terms.

Evaluate the medical coding of adverse events, drug, medical and past drug history, indications, and diagnostics using MedDRA.

Writing a detailed medically oriented description of the events in the form of safety narrative

Identifying clinically relevant missing information and initiate follow-ups for the collection of new and clinically significant data as well as for medical confirmations as required.

Evaluate the entered cases as per quality review checklist in terms of quality, accuracy, and completeness against the source documents provided.

Higher Secondary Education from Ganadhi Junior College, Godavari Khani.
