DEALT WITH ROADBLOCKS INVOLVING: CONSTRUCTION/ENGR'G (C&E); END-USER; NETWORK PLANNING & ENGR'G (NP&E); INDEPENDENT TELCO (ICO); ORDERING CENTER (ASC). FOR AT&T I DESIGNED DS1 CIRCUITS AND ABOVE. I AM PROFICIENT WITH TIRKS DATABASE, WFA-DO.

Reviewed missed RIDs to determine if delay is company or customer.

Validated the posted jeopardy and corrected/changed as work progressed.

Contacted and escalated to involved work groups to remove roadblocks, etc.

Checked status of needed facilities to ensure that facilities are issued to meet customer due dates.
