Global Purchasing Agent

Responsible for supporting all of the purchasing and supplier management activities for the organization. Insure that business expends as little as possible for the materials and equipment that the business utilizes to generate as large a profit as possible. Also take into consideration the quality of supplies and equipment that are to be bought as low quality materials can lead to inferior product and service.

Create bid proposals and negotiate contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority. Determine method of procurement such as direct purchase or bid.

Fleet Coordinator

Responsible for 4 strategically located hurricane vans and 280 stocked/same business day vans used to carry people and parts to the clients locations. These vehicles require special care and maintenance to make sure our drivers are safe and on time.

Track and maintain fleet inventory, always aware of vehicles location, drivers and mechanical condition. Insure all vehicles have current registration, inspected, fully insured and operable at all times.

Provide training to new technicians on the fleet vehicles requirements. Locate closest vehicle for new tech assignment and work any transporting that might be necessary.

Issue all gas cards, replace and maintain as necessary. Run and monitor fuel usage report to insure no illegitimate activities are taking place.

Assist in the investigation and documentation of all vehicle related incidents. Ensure that all incidents are reported to providers and that proper notification procedures are followed.

Create and analyze reports that efficiently manage the fleet and identify areas of potential abuse, fraud and potential savings.

Run all financial reporting as needed separating renting, fuel, repair, operating expenses and miscellaneous expenses. Create adhoc reports as needed for any investigation concerns.
