Production Manager Toyota Boshoku, Mantachie, MS March 2011- Jan 2012 Served as Production Control Manager of both Tier I and Tier II supplier utilizing TPS (Toyota Production System) to manage and coordinate production planning and materials management functions related to the planning, procurement, storage, controlling and distribution of quality materials and products. Responsible for all parts forecasting, ordering, receiving, material storage, material handling, line-side delivery, sequencing, customer delivery and container returns. Manage a team of production control specialists for parts preparation and implementation of ECI (engineering change instruction) both current and new model launch while supporting supplier changes and timing.
