To reduce the vibrations caused during riding and enhance riding comfort by use of Nano crystalline powder.

Role: Actively worked as Single Team member and Manufactured Nano-powder, made Magnetic field circuit for applying

Magnetic field to the damping fluid suspended with Nano-powder, testing of physical properties of damping fluid with

and without Nano-powder, Testing of Suspension under test rig with and without Nano-fluid, carried out Mathematical

Dynamic modelling and this led to significant improvement in damping coefficient value.

INDUSTRIAL TRAININGS

Duration: 5 Days (Aug14).

Exposure: Underwent In-plant Training at the Assembly, Foundry, Sheet metal and paint shop department of the organization.
