Responsibility: Skillfully performed design, development, and maintenance of business critical applications, systems, and Product innovations. Notable Projects:
• Utility Bill Payment – Designed and Middleware application for Utility Bill Payment, enabling automated receipt, verification, processing, and confirmation via SMS text of bill payment requests. Follows all steps of SDLC. Designed various tables required for the project in SQL server 2008 database and used Stored Procedures and Triggers in the application.
• Customer Care Software – Designed JSF, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap web UI interface for customer care dept to address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Online base micro-credit business integration application, which involves transmission and transaction of financial information through Data Interchange under a highly secure environment. • Marusho Shinshie Web Portal (PHP): I am a part Field Services team, developing and maintaining SMART (Service Metrics and Reporting Tool) and Service Desk applications. The Organization process approximately 1,000 tickets per month from 20 Depots and close to 90 stores across the country. This application is developed and supported mainly using OOP PHP, MYSQL db. Notable Projects:
• MML Supplier Software – Implemented the application following the J2EE best practices and patterns like Singleton, Factory, Session Façade, MVC and DAO. Developed Business components using Java Objects and used Hibernate framework to map the Java classes to the database and writing complex stored procedures.
• Physician Listing Management System – Physician’s management software Responsible for enhancement, bug fixing, worked with Web services, WSDL, Soap UI.
