Integrity is one of the fundamental values that must be owned by a leader. It is the hallmark of a person who demonstrates sound moral and ethical principles at work. I’m a type of person who has integrity values in relationships with supervisor, coworkers, communities, and stakeholders. In my opinion honesty and trust are related with integrity. Acting with honor and truthfulness are also basic tenets in a person with integrity. People who demonstrate integrity draw others to them because they are trustworthy and dependable.
Strategic Agility
This competence must be possessed by a leader. The Company who has a strategic agility leader and/ or employee will be able to stay competitive in their business by adjusting and adapting to new innovative ideas and using them to create new products and services as well as new business model. My experience when I worked in PT. Kalimantan Energi Lestari (Mercuria group) I made a Green CSR Program, where the company cares about environment and community, I have succeed produce such strategy which make Company more efficient and good image.
Risk Management Skill
This position need to have the skill of deciding what the risks are in a particular situation and taking action to prevent or reduce them. When I worked at MEC coal, Company bought the community land for their project, in the other hand most of villagers are the palm oil farmer. If the local community lost their livelihoods then in the future those will impact to our project area because if unemployment increase thus felonious will increase too. To reduce those risks, I proposed an UMKM Program (Usaha Kecil dan Menengah – Small and Middle Enterprise) to help local society survive even though they are not farmer anymore.

Negotiation Skill
Approximately 90% (ninety percent) of my jobs are related with negotiation. Negotiation means a discussion intended to produce an agreement. A leader must has a good negotiation skill, because the greater the core business then the greater the challenges to be faced to make a deal. When I worked at PT. Proteksindo Utama Mulia (Palm oil company project at South Sumatra, Indonesia), as follows:
a.Negotiate the permission to palm oil project of 29.000 ha area. I had to negotiate with the community more than 100 (one hundred) i.e. people and local government. After a very tight negotiation with them, they agreed and supported our company to build 29.000 (twenty nine thousand) ha palm oil project at their area, bargaining for them the local community might be hired as the employees along with company regulation.
b.Negotiate in Land Acquisition Project. When I worked at MEC coal project at Sangatta, East Kalimantan, I negotiated with the community about land acquisition, they don’t want to sell their land for railway project (MEC coal project), after socialization and negotiation about the advantage and multiplier affect if we build the railway, the end of negotiation the community want to sell their land as a government regulation.
