As a Transportation Manager the past 9 years; I am very knowledgeable with FMCSR, DOT and CSA requirements, while creating and maintaining all drivers DQ files & all equipment maintenance records. During this time I successfully past 3 on site DOT audits. I am currently TSA (TWIC) cleared for Ports and Airports. I have a strong working knowledge of Xata & People Net, two of the most common (TMS) systems used. My logistical system (ELS) background is with Road Net & Territory Planner. Training all the drivers on DOT, FMCSR and CSA regulations & requirements as well as how to enter and maintain a driver’s DQ files, daily logs both paper & paperless OBC system. DVIR inspections, proper reporting of maintenance issues i.e. red tagging equipment.

Analyzed all routing and made needed changes, reducing equipment to bring in line with Budget.

Put together and maintained budget for my department using business forecast for upcoming year

Re-organized yard for better flow when filling orders, making it safer for driver to maneuver in yard.

Set-up new receiving schedule according to material orders to work off top of tanks avoiding shortages.

Helped design, train and implement an unassisted delivery program with both McDonald’s owners & drivers.

Responsible for an 184,000 Sq. ft. warehouse operation’s .Servicing McDonalds restaurants.

Assisted in the development & implemented engineered labor standards through LMS (Syntelic) elevating warehouse accuracy to 92% from 62% through communication, raising awareness and training.
