ZEE Medical Service Company - Sales Manager and Business Expansion Manager Jan 2012 - Now

Responsible for managing Field Sales staff of (16) while identifying and growing new products and services to expand markets and increase sales. Increased sales by 28% and initiated a Professional Services division.

Winters Group & Associates, llc – VP, Business Development and Project Manager 2008 - 2012

Responsible for corporate sales development through webinars, conferences, and referrals. Upon

account acquisition, assist in the training, evaluation, and implementation of recommended business

improvements. Market is USA and Canada. (Winters Group & Assoc. is the recognized thought leader

in the space of 21st century technologies applied to marketing and sales functions. We consult with

businesses looking to increase performance in business applications, marketing, and sales initiatives).

Westlawn Graphic - VP, Sales and Business Development 1995 – 2008

Responsible for corporate sales plan and management, training and supervising a staff of twelve

professionals, while maintaining my own book of accounts that equaled over 30% of the corporate

sales. Worked closely with the CEO to update business plan, set company objectives, and develop

strategies to meet goals. Instrumental in identifying new products and services to bring to market and

expand sales reach from a regional business entity to a national book of accounts.

NuTec Design Associates – Director of Operations and Business Development 1990 – 1995

Responsible for the conversion of company-wide electronic reporting – time, payroll, estimating, and

job costing. Developed a CRM system and undertook the role of New Business Development at a

time this process was just in its infancy. Grew the company 100% in three years.

Engineering Consulting - 1972 – 1990

Employed by Gilbert Associates and General Public Utilities. Used my engineering training to provide

project management, systems controls, and facilities management services in a wide array of

assignments and responsibilities.
