Jan. 2015 – Now – “Project Fusion Rollout”

Customer:

General Electric – Rotating Machines and Power conversion Business Unit in Latin America.

Role: Localization Project Manager.

Project Budget: not applicable

Responsibilities:

Conduct the SAP Localization requirements gathering and implementation. This project is an SAP Rollout for all power conversion sites across the world.

Localization team is composed by 6 people.

Report to the global team the local implementation activities.

Validate requirements with Key-Users.

Raise risks and report Issues to the PMO resources when necessary.

Conduct SAP trainings and integration meetings when necessary

Conduct weekly status.

Jun. 2014 – Jan.2015 – “Projeto Integrar – 2a Onda”

Customer:

JSL S/A – Corporate Group of Companies in Logistics and transportation Business. Present in six latin America countries.

Role: Senior SAP Project Manager.

Project Budget: $8MM

Responsibilities:

Conduct the “Projeto Integrar”. This project is an SAP Implementation of the following modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, WM, BW, BO, TRM, CM, LP.

Team is composed by 56 people (Key-Users and Consultants).

Take the necessary decisions, in order to assure the project runs under the estimated budget, on time, and with the expected quality.

Stablish directions and validate: the project schedule and project plan document.

Evaluate and Negotiate Change Requests and present its contents to the customer.

Follow-up the PMO reports, and allocate resources when necessary.

Provide feedback for the team, provide coach for consultants.

Monitor and control delivery performance and quality.

Conduct weekly status and steering committee meetings.

Oct. 2013 - May. 2014 – “Voice Project”

Customer:

FMC Chemicals – Manufacturer of agricultural, specialty and industrial chemicals. American company present in 16 countries.

Role: Senior SAP Project Manager.

Project Budget: $2MM

Responsibilities:

Conduct the “Voice Project”. This Project is the SAP implementation of a series of improvements for Fulfillment management and Sales Improvement and accuracy.

Team is composed by 40 people (Key-Users and Consultants).

Take the necessary decisions, in order to assure the project runs under the estimated budget, on time, and with the expected quality.

Coordinate actions between the team in Philadelphia/US and Campinas/BR.

Report integrated test progress and results.

Plan, prepare, present and involve participants for the cutover.

Evaluate, Negotiate Change Requests and approve its contents.

Provide feedback for the team, provide coach for consultants.

Monitor and control delivery performance and quality.

Conduct weekly status and steering committee meetings.

Feb. 2013 - Aug. 2013 – Time Material

Customer:

Eldorado Brasil Celulose – Brazilian pulp mill company. Known as the biggest and most modern pulp mill in the world.

Role: Corporate IT Project Management Officer.

Project Budget: (various - around $20MM)

Responsibilities: Conduct the overall portfolio for the IT department. Manage contracts with external consultancy firms. Design and implement the project Management methodology for the company. Standardize the board report and executive status for corporate purposes. Evaluate Business Cases for project selection. Support RFP and RFQ processes.

Under his responsibility there was a portifolio of 22 projects on infrastructure matters and 20 on Systems/SAP.

Mar.2012-Jan.2013 –SAP Senior Manager, Gerdau Long Steel

Responsibilities: Conduct the Hypercare Project for each Wave and location rollout. Manage tickets; manage the Gap registration in Help Desk Systems. Sizing future Support team according to the Hypercare performance. Escalate and accelerate the solution of critical issues. Risk management for the first period closing. Follow-up the OSS status with SAP team. Coordinate the effort of local IT integration with the SAP landscape on support matters. Report to the Top Management the Hypercare status on a daily basis.

Responsibilities: Manage the SAP rollout of MAIIS template for SAP since the Blueprint until the 1st wave GO-live.

Highlights:

■Coordinate the deliverables for 17 different functional modules teams called “Cells”.

■Meeting weekly with each Cell coordinator to evaluate Risks, Issues and Project Metrics.

■Accountable for each team schedules, deliverables, and testing progress evaluation.

■The functional consultants and ABAP programmers were IBM employees.

■Act as conflict mediator between the IBM Consult and Volkswagen.

■The number of consultants Vary between 40 and 100 depending on the project schedule.

■Total Key Users involved: 50

■Manage problems mediating the conflicts due to the Key-users processes and the template limitations found by Consultants.

■The project template was developed in Germany and Brazil was its first rollout.

■Conduct monthly meeting with the German Team to address template Gaps. (most of them refers to localization issues)

■This was the first implementation in Brazil that uses the IS-Auto solution.

■Provide Steering Committee Status for Volkswagen and IBM board twice a month.

■Also acted during 3 months focused on coordinating an action plan for the logistic team with the target to recover some delay in the MM/WM deliverables.

■This is a Non-SAP experience.

■This position was based in Brazil but the development team was based in Singapore.

■His main duties were to conciliate the development team deliverables to the Brazilian customer needs and assure the quality and schedule of this delivery.

■The development team was composed most by Indian resources. So, the professional developed good skill of communicating and managing the cultural differences present in this kind of project.

■Coordinate the programming team on a Sales Data Warehouse project.

■This data warehouse project uses a DataMart built on Oracle databases with reports built on MicroStrategy platform.

■The whole Data warehouse solution was fully implemented in 3 months, with 2 teams working 24x7.

■Coordinate the Pricing System Project and its Rollout for the following countries: Turkey, Korea, Poland, Italy and Greece.

■The original project was implemented in Brazil using Oracle and .Net technologies.

■This professional coordinates Oracle Team together with the .Net coordinator. Both reported to a Senior Manager.

■Lived 6 months in Paris-France to conduct the rollout of the system for the Eastern Europe and Asian Countries.

■Responsible to perform the frontline communication with the customer.

Highlights on Ambev (Anheuser-Busch InBev) Customer: (first 3 years as consultant)

■Performing tech supporting for Ambev customer on Sales and Distribution Systems. (SAP and Legacy)

■Perform consulting on the Sales Bonification system design. Proposing the integration between the mainframe and SAP. Conducting the Key Users on testing and build all the systems calculation for Product bonuses for retailers.

■Conduct locally and perform training for local teams on the new system in all the 52 locations in Brazil.

■This trainings and implementation lasts for 2 years and cover all the Brazilian Territory.
