Career Objective:

Work experience & responsibilities:
Presently working with SABMILLER India ( World’s second largest Brewing company) as a Shift Brewer at Fosters Aurangabad and latter on at CDB Meerut.
(From July 2014- Present)
With the subordinates accountable for maintaining the correct stock of raw materials used in Process.
i.e. Malt, Barley, Rice flakes and other Brewing additives.
Accountable for the updating of fermentation chart to keep track on YRT which can help to to crop optimum healthy amount of yeast.
Updating and maintaining data at each stage of Process right from Brew house, fermentation, Maturation and Filtration.
Managing the TPT for different brands according to the sales forecast.

Accountable for correct CIP of unitanks before filling & after emptying.
Accountable for rectification of odd points according to FSMS.
Accountable for preparing & maintaining FSMS checklist in process area.
Accountable for dealing with engineering department to rectify breakdown/ abnormalities as per norms.
Experience of Working with operator and contractor labor at shop floor.
Gone through the Study of GCB (General certificate in Brewing) & IBD (Institute of Brewing and Distilling) with periodical review by manager.
