In this position I was responsible to represent the Contractor in various Infrastructure projects.Responsibilities and duties of this position included the following:

Managed the Engineering, Planning & Construction of InfrastructureProjects:Includes In house valueEngineering on various land development& Infrastructure projects

Reviewed proposal specifications, drawings, geotechnical reports, attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.

Provided complete conceptual (or bid work) and final estimating on complex Earthwork & Infrastructure projects.

Performed day to day estimating/surveying including valuations, pricing variations, cost reconciliation, subcontract payment, site and off-plan measurement, preparation of final accounts, claims where necessary, procurement schedules and client liaison / negotiation.

Analyzed drawings, blueprints and consulted the designers to find alternatives, modification as per site requirement to speed up the activities

Liaised with authorities to acquire the approval required throughout the development stages of a project.
