• Negotiated the purchase of a Caribbean resort and casino through a $65 million high-yield bond offering. Assisted in the operations of the resort including managing operating and CapEx budgets, cash flow projections and multi-functional teams consisting of consultants, sales and accounting managers and construction personnel.
