Enter each sick, vacation, and personal time into payroll system, each payroll cycle.

Enroll employees in 401K retirement plan via website.

Enter all employees’ personal information in the database.

Enter code in time clock for all new employees.

Gather all the information required to process the payroll, such as missing punches. Call each office and investigate why they are missing punches, why overtime, etc.

Enter vacations, sick, conference, and comp – time.

Process information such as salary increase, 401K, and any other request from the employees.

Upload information to ADP payroll system.

Review and approve health benefit issues.
