● Initiated and oversaw the replacement and upgrade of Attorney Time Entry System. The estimated ROI of the new system suggests a n annual increase of $2,000,000 in attorney billing.

● Spearheaded the Committee to select a replacement Intellectual Property Docketing Vendor and System. N egotiated more than $90,000 savings f or purchase and implementation.

● Directed the design and oversight of client PC upgrades from various Operating Systems ranging from Windows NT4 to Windows 7. Provided 2nd and 3rd tier support during rollouts and reduced stress levels in the company by adopting a cooperative and positive approach.

● Guided the selection and implementation of PDF editing software. Negotiated a 30% savings in the licensing costs. R esulting in $117,000 total savings to the firm.

● Planned and implemented Schwabe's first Disaster Recovery plan for email and implemented an email continuity plan for zero downtime.
