Feasibility Phase: Worked with engineering contractor to develop high level estimates of expansion scope. Worked with various licensors in the development of PFD’s for expansion units. Assisted engineering contractor in developing several options for expansion of river unloading docks. Developed break out estimates for process optimization studies. Assisted with development of facility site plan. Provided general mechanical engineering support for unit design and layout. Managed project contractor’s schedule and cost. Reviewed project estimates developed by engineering contractors.

FEED Phase: Participated in plot plan and P&ID reviews with engineering contractors and licensers for the Amine, Foul Water, and Sulfur Recovery units. Provided engineering support for the development and review of bid packages and bid tabs. Provided weekly office presence in engineering contractor offices to ensure a timely completion of FEED scope.
