Finance Manager - Contractor Reverse Billing - Midwest Market

Develop, enhance and maintain current system used in the process of reverse billing for our installation contractors.

Lead and support 4 team members engaged in the process of generating, auditing and publishing weekly invoices related to work preformed by our installation partners in the Midwest market encompassing Ohio, Wisconsin, Kentucky and Indiana. Weekly invoices generated for 120 contractors totaling $9 million.

Reduced the company’s bank account footprint generating an annual saving $60k in bank account analysis fees without affecting the overall services levels to the company.

Established a new daily cash forecast which reduced the annual net interest expense by $150k.

Performed lease vs. buy analysis on capital equipment purchases. Developed an RFP process for lease financing and negotiated leasing contract for the best possible rate resulting in overall cost of debt by 2%.
