Directly responsible for planning materials for 2 shifts/60+ workers production facility that manufactures, packs and ships products to major retail stores - Home Depot, Rona, Lowe's, Home Hardware and to numerous commercial customers

Short and middle range material planning, (up to 3 month); about 200 raw material items, over 7,000 WIP and finished goods SCUs

Long term material forecast based on sales and marketing data collected internally and received from customers, (including launching, discontinuing products and seasonal demand variations)

Led the planning system validations (BOMs, safety stock and lot sizes)
