My responsibilities have been managing the implementation of sub contractors scaffolding erection plans that matches project specification and requirements with no threat to production and personnel safety, develop proactive strategies and systems to improve HSE culture and performance, supervise the daily management of scaffolding erection and inspection on various projects, responsible for training of contractor personnel to improve the existing skill among the local contractors, responsible for keeping record of lessons learnt from scaffolding related incidents and ensuring such is communicate to all relevant personal, ensuring HSE/Q policies and procedures are followed by providing suitable assurance audits as deemed necessary, support overall administration, technical guidance and leadership in complying, interpreting and implementing all regulatory and contract requirements regarding health, safety and environmental issues. Nov 2014 – To Date RasGas Brownfield Flow Assurance Project.
The project will include a 185 Km pipeline and 11 wellhead platforms. Project Value: US$ 200,000,000 Estimated.
RasGas company representation on board vessel Bes Sincere.
Provide company representation in monitoring contractor’s offshore brownfield construction related activities. Report activities, progress and areas of concern to onshore brownfield construction managers, participate in appropriate weekly staff meetings.
Ensureing offshore brownfield scaffolding activities are undertaken in accordance with project needs in general and compatible with project safety, quality, schedule and cost.
Manage and coordinate scaffolding subcontractors on FAP. Audit subcontractor SHEQ performance and taking action if necessary.
Issue work instructions and verify compliance with the contract and technical documentation, ensure that all technical documents are on site for scaffolding activities.
Monitoring of scaffold subcontractors and ensuring that they meet their productivity targets whilst optimizing scaffold usage.
Liaise with scaffolding subcontractors supervision to effectively coordinate project scaffolding requirements, development and implementation of subcontractor recovery programmes if there is any deviation to the original project programme.
Ensureing adequate resources are being deployed to the project by the sub-contractors, monitoring of all material deficiencies and deliveries.
Ensureing client quality procedures are followed by sub-contractors.

Responsible for the delegation and supervision of all scaffolding & rigging work for installation of the boiler, plan and design all access scaffolds for structural steel erection. Promote a safe working environment through the correct implementation of the Health & Safety Management System, also responsible for planning & estimating all scaffold activities for 815MW coal fired power plant expansion project, such as load assessment, technical consulting and developing a variety of safe temporary work platforms, identifying defects of workmanship against quality standards and arranging to take corrective action as appropriate.Attend all site planning, progress and other appropriate site meetings.
