Assist Edge-Real Time Expertise Manager is an integrated solution to be used in various operation centers .This provides a seamless one stop shop for the field technicians or agents to communicate to the Experts for all their queries, issues and seek clarification instantly by means of intelligent routing mechanism. It includes an interactive self-care solution with Virtual Assistant, Knowledge Management and Forums that reduces the number of calls to contact centers and end users. This was used by AON for Property and Casualty related insurance claims so that customers were able to directly interact with agents through this collaboration tool.

Responsibilities:

Developing Test Strategy, Test Approach and Test Plan from business sources related to property and casualty insurance.

Conducting Code reviews, Design meetings, Test Plan reviews, Test case reviews and Defect reviews.

Maintaining the test data and plan for automated regression using Quick Test Professional (QTP)

HESS Net-Comp is a web-based intranet application that supports the annual Hess Compensation Planning process. Its primary users are Managers, HR team members and Administrators with compensation planning responsibility. They use the system to make recommendations for base salary increases and bonus awards and track those recommendations against budget for their organization.

Responsibilities:

Worked with Business Analysis team to prepare Test strategy and Test plan. Self-managed and self- motivated under agile methodology and involved in scrum team work.

Assist in creation of and ensure proper execution of test specifications, test cases, test scripts in alignment with established methodology and ensure that it supports Testing objectives.

An Automated Visual Inspection system is designed for inspection of hot rolled steel strips (SAIL, India) and the defects in the steel were traditionally analyzed by using visual methods like ‘Imaging and Automation’ (Image Processing).

Responsibilities:

Played a major role in Development, Integration and Evaluation of Software for computer vision.

Involved in Creating and Testing Image Processing Algorithms for Machine Vision and Automation, for the processed image.

Maintained central repository to determine the readiness of the application by combining Planning, Execution and Defect Tracking.

Used SOAP UI, WebLogic ANT task to test Web Services running on WebLogic Server.

Developed Test Cases using WSDL, Schema files which defines Web Service Request, Response, methods/operations, End Point of web service to be tested.
