• Inspection activities before welding, during welding and after welding.

Completed SSLC (10th) from Bharathi Higher Secondary (State Board) with 69%.

Roles & Responsibilities in present organization

• Inspection of incoming raw materials.

• Follows inspection and test plan for the welding works and carries out the varies stage inspection.

• Prepare detail of field Inspection requirements or activities in accordance with the specification Plan and establish general and individual procedure for the inspection for each work category.

• Perform Inspection and document review maintains regular contact with the company including reporting all field inspection activities.

• Record results of qualifications, inspections and statutory documentation, as required

Review of filler metal batch certificate as per project requirement Allocate projects to welders, according to skills and qualifications.

• Formulate and maintain records of welding personnel and procedures

• Inspection, monitoring and maintaining welding quality on the job.
