Perform daily audits on the Pure Construction Ar system ensuring that the purges for the welders building out high and low purity piping systems is within Intel specifications for FABs 12/32.

This system is a bulk fab wide system with multi POC manifolds supplying Ar for welding and analytical testing.

Manage the install and de-install manifolds in accordance with project needs.

Update and manage the PCAr data base for tracking hook ups and disconnects.

Assign the POC’s for the welders in the field.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues where low purge pressure/flow is to low to test or weld out the piping systems.

Perform weld inspection on piping systems in accordance with the onsite Project Specifications, and ASME B 31.3.

Monitor contractors’ welders on a daily basis; insure all weld logs and ISOs are up to date and accurate. Inspect welders’ coupons prior to and after completion of shift.

Inspect all received high/low purity materials per the onsite Project Specifications.

Review Customer’s Specifications and Other’s Installation Procedures. Review installation procedures to assure level of quality is understood and achieve.

Witness Pressure Tests. Document all pressure tests on the systems indicated above.
