Responsibilities include engineering support for future start-up, runoff, and acceptance of high volume machining and processing of axle ring gears and pinion shafts. 8/2010-7/2013, Contract Manufacturing Engineer, Aerotek Group in Troy, Michigan Assignment was with GM Powertrain in Bay City, MI. Served as engineering support for the start-up, runoff, and acceptance of high volume engine component machining centers. Responsibilities involved CNC machining center part program changes, tooling and process changes, along with establishing and documenting operation and production procedures. Other assignments were spare parts inventory control and developing preventative maintenance procedures to promote quick machine repair and uptime.
