OPERATIONS SITE LEAD (INTELLIGENCE NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER IN CHARGE)
Conducted all administrative actions for all personnel within the organization. Received, in-processed, enroll in training, update and maintain databases, create, implement, maintain and balance schedules for more than 170 military, civilian and contract personnel in multiple disciplines while maintaining weekly/monthly/quarterly hour requirements for all personnel. Coordinate daily with other division leaders, site leads and office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency within the organization while caring for the health moral and welfare of all personnel.
Selected accomplishments:
Implemented schedule change policies to provide more predictability for division; measure significantly improved morale and was adopted by office of more than 650 personnel.
Processed over 5,000 requests for time off while maintaining sufficient personnel to meet mission requirements.
Communicate new requirements to personnel and field all concerns and issues within the division

Led first intelligence team from the unit to work independent from parent unit away from Forward Operating Base.
Team had most collection of all teams in theater.
Created specific details for construction of building to dismount system and provide maximum coverage for supported units.
