Developed a solid-state joining process utilizing friction that allows metals to be welded without creating any surface imperfections.

Implemented FEM (Stress Analysis) using 7075 Alloy applying 2000lbf, calculated stress, deflection, and stiffness in CATIA V5.

Designed bracket to hold electric motor for ABB IRB 7600-500 robot enabling it to stir weld.
